Welcome back to the blog and today we are going to look at why, In the beginning the Earth was without form?
Genesis 1:1 KJV 1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2.And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
God's Creation
We all know that God's creation is the best and He created everything beautiful so how come God creates Earth and there is destruction on the same Earth. Immediately after God creating Earth the second verse declares that the Earth is without form and void. Imagine that you are baking a cake. you mix all the ingredients and then you bake it and after baking, the cake has some shape. Some make it round, some make it square and some into designs, but never shapeless or without form, Right? Without form is before baking the cake and not after. In this case without form should be before making the earth and not after.
So the Earth was made beautifully by the Lord and something happened between the verse one and verse two that made it without form. So let's look at what actually happened. Let us read Isaiah 14:12-17 KJV How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! ... [17] That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?
As per the verse the lucifer fell from heaven due to sin or rather he was thrown down. Jesus says that he saw satan falling like a lightening. Luke 10:18 KJV And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Destroyed Earth
So from the above verses we know that 1. satan has fallen from heaven in other words he has fallen from the Grace of God 2. The world was made like a wilderness or desert and he destroyed the cities of it 3. he keeps his prisoners bound and wont let them go home.
God built cities
So God created Heaven and the Earth and on the Earth God created Cites for man to live, but when the lucifer was thrown down he destroyed the cities that God created and made the Earth ugly. Even in the destruction the Spirit of God was moving upon the face of the Earth and God created again and in verse three God said let there be light and there was light.
Genesis 1:3 KJV And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Jesus comes to give life in abundant
The enemy turns everything that is beautiful into ugly. Jesus says John 10:10 KJV
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. Steal what ? to steal your blessings, your money, your job, your good health, your destiny, your peace, your happiness, your marriage, your child's education. To kill your growth, to kill you, kill your walk in God, to kill your ministry and to kill your destiny. To destroy your family, your children, to destroy your marriage, to destroy the works of your hand, but to all this let me tell you Jesus has come to give life and life in abundance. Jesus has paid it all on the cross, so that you have good health, peace, joy, happiness, good success, prosperity, have life full of good things from the Lord and to have a happy married life, happy future and happiness and authority as long as you live.
Though everything in your life maybe destroyed, it doesn't matter, since God hasn't given up on you. He is not a man to give up on you. He has said in His Word
Hebrews 13:5 KJV ... for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
He loves you. If He has given His life for you, so how will He not give you all things. Romans 8:32 He who did not spare His own Son but gave Him up for us all,how will He not also,along with Him, freely give us all things?
GOD is Fighting for you
Today if you are going though similar situation then surrender to God and let Him fight for your battles.Today God is going to bring you out of your situation.
2 Chronicles 20:15“And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.”
Right now God is sending His Holy Spirit over your life and over your situation to hover upon it. Ask God to send His Spirit to hover upon you. And now God is going to say
"LET THERE BE LIGHT, AND THERE IS GOING TO BE LIGHT in you life and in your situation in Jesus Name."
Look Down upon Enemy and Rebuke him
Isaiah 14:12 KJV [16] They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
Look upon the devil narrowly and in
James 4:7 says KJV Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Rebuke the devil and he will flee from you. Call unto Jesus today to save you and He will save you. You will live and you will not die and remember God is fighting for you. I listen to this song to encourage myself.
